I`ve asked this question (sort of) already but I just can`t seem to figure it out. Please SPELL IT OUT for me.

I add the % up to my weight but I don`t know what the actual serving for Dextrose is. Let`s say its 150grams and I`m using Protein factory`s Dextrose. I THINK it says 92% on their website. I don`t even understand that!
How much IN CUPS or fractions of cups of the damn powder do I put in the glass to make "150 grams" of Dextrose? PLEASE IF YOU CAN, OR Are familiar with Proteinfactory`s Dextrose it would help. THANKS ALOT
