dextrose question?

i have been using dextrose for quite some time to be included for my post workout shake, and i am about to reorder but was making sure if there was anything out there yet better. just need some advice before i reorder.. thanks

Get some maltodextrin and replace what you use today in dextrose for 50% dex and 50% maltodextrin...
