GREED is a terrible thing. it`s now $11.00. I`m sure they were happy selling it for $6 , now that they have an influx of trainees buying this stuff they up the price??? wtf

yo killa, hell yeah, you should be taking it post workout, its the one time your body can utilize it and not store it, and your muscles will need it badly as to not over train, and not lose too much muscle

no fats PW,,,, you want the shit to hit your blood stream as fast as possible here is my post workout shake

3 scoops whey isolate 76 g protein
1/3 cup dextrose (if my memory serves me) roughly 75 g carbs
20 g of glutamine
10 g of creatine
Sometimes I throw in some nesquick for flavor and bump back the dextrose to keep the carbs in the same neighborhood,,, yum yum

Works like a champ

cant wait to get of this damn keto and have my shakes again

Is there any candy or natural food that contains dextrose?

There are foods that are naturally high in dextrose though I can't think of many off hand. I think smarties are high in dextrose as are sweet tarts. I remember some TKD guys raving about them. I've found some non-fat ice cream, which I currently use post workout, that is high in maltodextrin. Only thing I'm not sure is if the maltodextrin is used for filler or sweetness. At any rate as long as you're not getting fructose I think most other sugars do just fine. Some cereals like corn flakes have a higher GI rating than dextrose so just do some research. While dieting I like to eat as much real food as possible so getting that many carbs in shake form is a waste to me. While bulking it's fine since you're pounding down the food and probably need an easy way to get calories.
