Dextrose lowers your HGH levels

Don't know how much it will lowr your hgh levels, but a good quick insulin spike after your w/o is good to pound all that protien in to your muscle cells. If your really concerned just stay away from any high gi carbs @ night. I think the majority of the hgh your body produces comes when you sleep
 
Dont worry about these studies.... theres always a study that proves and disproves everything. Spend the same amount of time worrying about how many meals your getting per day and training techniques and all this meaningless drivel will become obsolete.

Ditto - I don't even worry about the endocrinological response from training anymore...its such a minute detail
I've read similar shit on carb suppression on HGH, keep em away from bedtime anyway unless you're on a bulk - hGH is most significant when you're sleeping
 
All the significant hGH that you care about is secreted at night when you are sleeping, simple as that. Stick with the Dextrose just not before bed, unless bulking of course.
