Dextrose dilemma..

I think I get addicted to this forum

I also post in other forums, but this one is by far the best in terms of advice and quickenss in replies...

I am cutting right now and I was told that using dextrose would be bad if I cut..Is that right?

What should I drink when I finish my wokout? I do drink whey protein and I was thinking to add some dextrose as an insuline booster..

If dextrose is bad do you guys have any other suggestion?

Would chocolate be OK?
 
Don't worry about the dextrose being stored as fat after a workout. It's being used to replenish your muscle glycogen. For best results use 40-50 grams of whey protein and 65-76 grams of dextrose following a workout. And no, do not use chocolate, fruit, or any other of the like for post workout. You can also use maltodextrin for post workout, but IMO dextrose is better. Seen better results with it.
