Well, I got a free 7lb tub of cell-tech and thought i'd put it to use...would never buy it, but got it free so i will. Will the dextrose have a positive effect after cardio? or should i just stick to gatorage?
i dunno man, despite my dislike for muscleTech, if its free i guess you cant go wrong.. but i definately think you dont need the full 75g sugar serving.
