How do you guys figure the super bowl will go next year? Some claim that his will be a turing point for the city, don't know if i agree. Wtf are peeps gonna do in the cold ass place? Gambling is all you can really do, unless you wanna go to the musems and governments buildings

I was in Detroit about a year ago, the city looked nice to me but I probably only got to see the nicve parts of downtown. Had dinner in the Greek part of town in a Greek restaurant and went across the border for some beers. Unfortunately I only had one night in Detroit.

the whole city is gearing up for this, they want people to volunteer and pitch in to help. the DIA is being renovated, maybe there will be hockey next year, so JLA will have a game or two there for sure. they might even move the auto-show back a bit so it will overlap.............there are some great restaurants downtown, but everything has been scaled back around here. lotta people movin' out.

i believe there is an election this year for mayor, so that will play into it bigtime. apparently, the city is broke. they are trying to close the aquarium on Belle Isle, which has pissed off a lot of people. just a lot of nonsense, why the hell would you elect a 32 year old a your mayor?? this guy looks like a fucking drug dealer, fucking 2 carat diamond stud in his ear. purple fuckin' suits, uhhhhhhhhhhh.
