Destroy Gyno & Cut Up 4 Holidays

Bit of a problem i have holidays in 6 weeks need to lose bit more bf% @ 15% now want to be down around 11-12%. Eating clean and least 30mins cardio a day 6 days a week with weight training 4 times a week. Already done bulking cycle 5 mths ago and have gyno from test & dbol. Did nolva on pct but once stopped came and stayed. Didnt notice too much until started all this cardio. flat stomach but nipples point out. Going have to lose this gyno and tone up before holidays. Cant do aromising gear so have choosen to run a cycle of winny/clen/letro/nolva. Size doesnt matter as i am happy with my size.

I am hoping in the next 6 weeks i will be able to lose this gyno with letro/nolva mix and tone up with the help of winny and clen.

Any advice or ideas of how this is going to go? haha

Letro 2.5mg/ED 6 weeks
Nolva 40mg/ED 6 weeks
Winny 50mg/ED 6 weeks
Clen taper up to 120mgs day then taper down
 
morning - museli or oats
brunch - yoghart & fruit
lunch - chicken or fish
snack - fruit
dinner - chicken & fish

haha trying to eat as clean as possible and cutting calories

anyone run letro/nolva before? doses? results?
 
bro of mines thinking the same thing but without clen ... also bump, i suggest once the gyno issue is on the run to taper off the letro, because you wont need it for pct
 
Honestly id replace the winny with something else, like var. Speaking from experience (for you d_o_c_), both letro and winny kill my joints alone.....im guessing the combo and the decreased cals are gonna have you breaking bones.
For me, the best way to cut is to drop the cals way down, below 2000 a day (its ok if you have AAS in the mix, cuts down the muscle loss drasticaly). Get 4 good meals, each with 50g protein and drop the fruit down to once a day, if at all.

If you want a good stim, try the stimulant X supplement, all day energy and all day appetite supression.....its a good one.
 
minor point when cutting i eat fruit 3x a day and allways loose dont think that cutting fruit is wise. keep veg/ salad and fruit high keep fat and simple carbs very low have moderate amounts of complexed carbs and high protein.
 
you dont want too much fructose, its sugar you dont need, so is say limit the fruit to once a day, just while your cutting

In your case, letro only would be fine for gyno treatment. IMO, at least go with a primo/test cycle - winny only is just not going to do much.

I can't help you further until I see more of your diet. Lay it out, meal by meal - that's going to be crucial.
