i do a lot of ab work and i improve my strength each week. i'm just frustrated b/c i can't get them to show more. what should i do to get those elusive washboard abs? i know diet has a lot to do with it and i have all that in check and my body fat is 5-6% so idk wtf to do. should i try to dehydrate my skin around them? what works best for that?
