Depressed while on cycle

I'm in my second week of a dbol/deca/cyp cycle and feel so depressed I can barely make it to the gym. I'm staying up late and waking up early, feeling groggy all the time, tired all the time... don't feel like doing jack.

This is wierd considering the last time I used dbol, it produced an all around feeling of well-being, sort of a light upper. But it's not that way now. Any feedback? Any suggestions to snap out of this crap? Should I increase my cardio to get my energy level up or take some sort of vitamin combo? Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
 
sleep man. How can you expect to have energy when your staying up late and waking up early. I am on my first cycle right now. Prior to me starting this cycle I would stay up late and wake up early. I would be tired at the gym and my progress was slow as hell. I have gotten a lot more disaplined and I now goto bed around 9:30. I wake up refreshed and full of energy. My progress in the gym has been great. I also found that I recover faster.

You cant expect to have a good work out when your tired. Sure you may be able to do it but I garentee that you will feel stronger when you are well rested.

If the sauce is keeping you awake that may a different story - you may need a sleeping aid. I usually smoke a little around 8 and by 9:30 its lights out.
 
BeAsTiam, could you elaborate a little more on your intended meaning. I do feel I lack dicipline a bit, and yes the sauce is partly to blame for my sleep pattern disruption. However, even though I only get about 5 hours sleep per night, I do take afternoon naps to counter that - maybe that's a problem - don't know.

About the gyno, I don't really notice anything greatly out of the ordinary.... sure I have the classic slight puffiness in my right nip, don't feel any pea sized lumps or soreness. I don't notice any impressively shocking bodily improvements or weight change as a result of my cycle, although I'm only in week 2... not going to get impatient, I know it takes time. I am a little surprised at the dbol not giving me the incredible pumps I used to get, or causing bloat or weight gain.
 
Ialso have been feeling like shit and havnt been able to sleep. So what I did insteadof liftin early in the morning which I have been doing I got up and took care of shit and thanhit the gym around 2-3 in the afternoon this has mad abig difference,not in gains or anything just in howI feel and I'm more alive during and after my workout.Well actually yes this does help with gains.
 
never take a nap before working out. You will release chemicals in the brain that will affect your performance. Its better to go the gym tired and nap after. Dude - 2 weeks. Its barely in your system. Just try to get to sleep earlier and be patient. You will be motivated once you start to see the results. But you have to work hard initially for it to pay off.
