Depressed and Stressed!!

To all the depressed gym rats.

How do you do it??.... How do you continue to work out and deal with extreme depression and stress??

(currently taking 20 mg of Paxil AND sitting in the shelf waiting to be used 2 - 10ml bottles- enathenate and 100 anadrol 50)

I can barely leave the house, let alone get my ass to the gym for a half decent workout. My therapist says I should try and get to the gym but it's alot harder to do. And I don't want to waiste my juice so it is just sitting there crying for me to use it.

AHHHH fuck it!!!!

Maybe I am just venting, looking for sympathy being a big fat slob of a baby that can't deal with lifes controversies.

Just kidding man, I'm trying to put together wellbutrin and buspar right now for the same shit. There's a lot of threads on this topic, so you're definately not alone. You'll feel better when you get to the gym and watch that bar bend when it leaves the ground.:D
 
Do you think the steroids will help your depression or make it worse? Also, SAMe (s-adenosylmethionine) is a supplement that has been shown to be both a powerful antidepressant and liver protectant. Unfortunately it is also the most expensive supplement on the market.

Are you getting enough omega-3s? Deficiency is widespead and linked to depression and other mental problems.

I can't get Sam-ee in Canada, they took it off the shelves, but I have tried it before, worked great!

how do you deal with the gym when you are in that mood. I just can't deal with anyone while I'm depressed and stressed??

Who the fk needs anyone except for a spot in the gym? Your crying a little about yourself. If you think its depression youd better see a doc before doing any AS as they can make things worse. AS can also make you feel better. I take depressive meds and AS seem to make them work better. If your all ready for your cycle and have seen a doc about any depression, then get started, you can always stop or reduce the doses. All you might have to be ready to deal with is more anxiety and your already used to that.
 
Man, Paxil FUCKED me up! IMHO- you should do a search here on it and read everything, then stop taking it:) ! It made me just want to sit in my room and stare at the wall, and that was fine with me. Now, about being depressed. I try to turn it into anger, and man does that make me throw up the weights. WHY THE FUCK DID THAT HAPPEN TO ME!!!!!! Then, push those weights up. It really does make you feel better. Just get youself to the gym, you're body will take over from there!

is the best way I know..
 
When i get depressed two things happen, I go to a mirror and look at myself. Im serious as fuck. I ask myself which decision will make me a better and happier person tommorow.



I used to just quit on workouts. Now if im having a BAD workout, i just go light weight with strict form.
