To all the depressed gym rats.
How do you do it??.... How do you continue to work out and deal with extreme depression and stress??
(currently taking 20 mg of Paxil AND sitting in the shelf waiting to be used 2 - 10ml bottles- enathenate and 100 anadrol 50)
I can barely leave the house, let alone get my ass to the gym for a half decent workout. My therapist says I should try and get to the gym but it's alot harder to do. And I don't want to waiste my juice so it is just sitting there crying for me to use it.
AHHHH fuck it!!!!
Maybe I am just venting, looking for sympathy being a big fat slob of a baby that can't deal with lifes controversies.
