Not trying to brag, but I have always been pretty good at judging contests, including the countdown to the 98 Olympia. I honestly thought "Why does this Ronnie Coleman guy always finish so poorly?" If DJ does poorly, I'll shut my mouth. I don't know about the top 3 (politics), but I'd be willing to bet that he cracks the top 5...with ease.

I HIGHLY doubt that he will be in the top 3. I predicted that he'll crack the top six and do it in style..meaning many will have him a few places higher. He won't top Kevin, Flex, Chris or Ronnie but may possibly push Ray out of the top 5 or 6 and or Nasser.

How tall is he? and why is he driving that shitty tercel?
Judging from meeting him in person I believe he is around 5'8" or 5'9" and actually a very nice guy. I hope he at least places in the top 5 at the Olympia. Looks like he is on track to do so!
The reason that Tercel is behind him is because he lives in Thailand. Inexpensive cars are quite common in that part of the world.

Here are my thoughts on DJ. I've seen pics of him showing weekly progress prior to several contests on his website and he always looks damn impressive. But he always looks so much flatter and smaller when showtime rolls around. In these pics 8.5 weeks out, he's already in superb condition (better than Burke was in winning the toronto and NOC), so he shouldn't make the mistake of dropping more than another 5lbs. max! If he comes in looking like he does here, he will definitely be top 6, but not if he comes in looking like he did at the Arnold classic, even though he got 3rd there.
And one major flaw with James is compared to his massive upper body, his legs are lagging far behind. Just look at some of the contest pics of his legs. Quads are never really dialed in and aren't blanced with his upper body and his hamstrings from the side are almost nonexistent. If he can bring his legs up to the level of the other top pro's soon,. then he will be serious threat for the O some day.

On top of that is a huge mark-up so that all the middle men involved get their cut. Smuggling it in yourself is an attractive alternative for some, but the danger of getting busted is high, especially when you’re a big meathead who the Customs officials can spot a half-mile away.
Why not just move to a country where the drugs are cheap and legal? That’s what D-bol did. At 5’ 8", he bulks up close to three bills and then trims it down to 250 come showtime.
All I can say is, I hope you can buy a new liver on E-bay with that prize money, because years of steady Dianabol use puts about the same toll on that organ as drinking a quart of rotgut whiskey a day.

He looks incredible, but I remember seeing pics of him 6 weeks out from the Arnold i 2000, and his final package disappointed. If he can get those last three weeks straight, he'll be top 6. My Rookie Olympian, by the way, will be King Kamali. I was at his gym in VA. last weekend, and the man looks incredible... his pics don't do him justice!
