thats some sweet ink bro.heavy seated dumbell raises and barbell-side lat rasies dumbell-front dumbell rasies-rear dumbell rasies just to name a few heavy compound movements.will trigger them to grow ;)
 
Hey Bro- Another question the area indicated here on my pic- what exercise is good for that area- i like it when it hurts...lol for days there.

dips-dumbell flys flat-incline flys-pec-deck flys all good movements.
 
well....it looks like you got a lot of work to go bro...i like to hit my shoulders pretty hard..doing a lot of sets...set DB presses(alternating with BB press wk to wk) DB front delt raises, then side DB raises, then shrugs(sometimes i add shrugs into my back workout) and rear delt raises....i ussually alternate from wk to wk with DB to BB excepts for rear delts where i go to reverse pec-dec
 
for the area you indicated, incline bench presses would be #1 in my book. it looks like you need to build some mass in that area and heavy compound movements are always best for that. your front delts are your best body part, you can really make your delts look awesome with some rear lateral raises, heavy shrugs, and upright rows. that will build the rear area up and give you that square look from the side that looks so awesome.
