delt strain or tear???

hey bros, i dont know if i partially tore my delt, i just got done with my pct a few days ago and did a high rep week last week (20-25 rep) all of a sudden my power dropped ( i dont know if thats from the high rep week or what) but i was doing chest yesterday and i had this deep strething pain in my pecs every rep and now i can barley move my shoulder, the pain is in the front delt, no bruising or anything, can any of u bros tell me if this is really injurd or if i just need some ibuprofin or somthin
 
I would say something like doing 20-25 reps which is out of the norm for you would definately cause some tightness and depending on form and control of weight you may have torn something. Id rest it a couple weeks and go from there.
 
i had the same thing happen to me not so long ago i stayed cleared of the benchpress for a few weeks and didnt go heavy on the shoulder presses
