Delt shot.. Need help ASAP!

I'm debating to shoot quads or Delts. The needle it 23g 1inch.

I've looked at 2thicks website.. and it looks pretty straight forward to shoot in the delt. What's the chances of hitting a nerve in the delt? I hit one in my quad last week and that's why i really dont want to do it again.

Is my needle size ok for my delt? Can anyone give any last minute advice on this shot because I need to do it withint 20min... cuz i gotta work.

What's the best place/area to shoot in? Depth? etc..

bro do what i do, buy little insulin needles and just hit yourself in the delt. its painless and simple.

YES you are fine for Delts. I use 23gx1" for delts, bi, tris. Those are the only places I inject now and that is the only size I use.....
