Delt routine...........

Thinking of adopting the max-ot philosophy.........anyone have any thoughts? My routine would look like this:

MILITARY PRESS - 135X10, 175X8, 185X6, 205X4-5, 205,4-5
DBELL LAT RAISE - 2 X 30 X 6
REAR DELT RAISE - 2 X 40 X 6
SHRUGS X 4
UPRIGHT ROWS 3 X 125 X 5-8

Looks pretty good, i messed with the mp's a little.
 
MPs?? Philosophy is that after 6 reps, the movement is pretty much worthless......as you can't go extreme and do 10-12 resps...in a nutshell, burnouts are pointless.......tis all.........
 
1. I rarely do burnouts, if and when i do then they are at the very end as a cool down.
2. Less than 10 reps and i dont get much strength or growth.
3. i can readily handle 275 for 10, as im sure you can handle plenty of weight for 10 reps too.
