Thinking of adopting the max-ot philosophy.........anyone have any thoughts? My routine would look like this:
MILITARY PRESS - 135X10, 155X8, 185X6, 205X4-5, 225,4-5
DBELL LAT RAISE - 2 X 30 X 6 (must be the max-ot philosophy not to do 10)
REAR DELT RAISE - 2 X 40 X 6
SHRUGS X 4
UPRIGHT ROWS 3 X 125 X 5-8
THOUGHTS?
