Delt injections

I 2thicks picture it looks like he is injecting at a slight upward angle. Is this the case ? I have 25ga/1" pins and was going to just stick it straight in.

I prefer to go high on the shoulder with a slight downward angle, last time I put in at an upward angle was when I let my friend do it, he slapped my shoulder, charlie horsed it, stuck the needle in upward, and the contents was ttokkyo testonon..........couldnt move my fuckin arm for 1.5 weeks............dont do this!
