I am going to do my first delt inj. in the morning. 200mg of eq with a 1" 23 gauge pin. I have been doing it in my quads mon. & thurs. Is there much diff. in the pain? the quads only hurt the first time. How hard is it to asperate?
depends on the person. i tolerate delt inj better than delt. don't know why, it's just easier for me to stick. not hard to aspirate either. you'll be fine.
