Delivery to a school?

I'm gonna be going to college here in 2 weeks and I'm stuck as to how to go about delivery of some goods. Having it delivered to home is not an option because its 2000 miles away. If i have it delivered to school is this safe? Here's my schools policy on packages----Residence hall staff will keep and sign for any letters, packages, parcels, etc. which you may receive. Do you think this is safe?

Its a good idea to keep personal things and school separate. If for some reason you get caught at school recieving gear, not only will legal troubles be an issue- so will be getting suspended or expelled.

I was just talking to a girl who works in her schools ( a large university in S.CA ) mailroom she said that school policy is to open any suspect packages, specifically to look for drugs , she said her one supervisor opened ALL foreign packages ( looking for valiums , hydrocodone etc. ).

a PO box or mail box is without question a must - no reason to get kicked out of school.

The P.O. box is the Savior in this case...

If you want safety, then the PO box is the only way to go... it is anonymous and impersonal... at least that is the way I see it anyway....just my opinion, take it for what its worth.

It cost me $80 Canadian to get a box for a year. That's only around $50 US, go get one.

PO box definetely. Chances are you could be kicked out of school for awhile, or forever. If it was me it would be my senior year. I would keep the two seperately like everyone is suggesting.

yeah man its one thing to get caught, but to get caught and have ur school catch u would just suck. I get a p.o box for sure, but if worst comes to worst then u can chance it!

Do you have any close friends who u really trust and live off campus? If they're willing you can send it there.
