hello guys,heres my cycle in english_im haveing 10 weeks of deka,5 weeks to 6 weeks of winstrol.im now on my 6th week of deka and second week of winstol,ive been stickin to 2mil ov deka aweek my mate says i should ad 1mil of test enthate,to my deka,what do you guys think?i take my winstrol evry second day,remember guys dont get all worked up,im only asking for advise.

Question...why do people on this board like to bash a guy for making a mistake. OK...so he didn't do the smart thing and research like he should of...but he's trying to make good now. So let him know he made an error, but don't throw him under the bus because of it...we're here to help people, not bash them. Sure he didn't do it right...but let's help him out so he doesn't make the same mistake twice.

I'm doing a deca/winny cycle right now.

On my 5th week...I'm taking 300mgs deca/week and 50mgs ed of winny...you're probably best to run it out...let your receptors clean out then start over. You'll be ok...hang in there. PM me if you'd like for more advise.

Receptors DONT need to (or CANT EVEN) be cleaned out
Its poorly thought out advice like this that gets people flamed...


I gave him my opinion and what I though he should do with this one...Whether or not he follows up is HIS decision...

But you giving this kind of 'advice' just confuses newbies even more
(and I have seen FAR WORSE than this given as "solid advice")

Exactly, scooterpooter......you just gave him some unsound advice regarding "cleaning out receptors". Looks to me like the only cleaning out that needs to be done is the information you have been getting from other bros, then passing it along.
