I do stiff arm barbell pullovers on a flat bench with about a 12 inch hand spacing at the end of my chest/back workout and also at the end of my clean and press and deadlift workout. I feel it is an excellent finishing move. I do not use a lot of weight. Its more of a power stretch for your torso affecting lats, tricep tie in, a little pecs, abs and its a killer serratus builder. I like it.
