Well I know I'm a new member here so I'll keep it short. After reading logs and thinking about it I decided to buy 2 bottles of Serm S4 for a research project. Once it arrives I'll post a extensive log including workouts and daily meals. I have no job right now so what the hell I figure I can spare the extra 15mins 3 times a week to do a log. Hopefully get it by Friday , ordered it last night...I already got some vision supplements....Plan on running it for 4 months....I'll start the log after my first 7 days...take care fellas, and thank you to all the folks who provide solid information as well as great advice. I've honestly learned more on here since I've joined then in the past 5yrs about the darkside....Thanks again!!!!
