So after examining the 5x5 i found it just wasnt right for me. i want to gain ten pounds in ten weeks and although the 5x5 looks affective It's not for me.
I took the idea of it though
i have lots of time to workout so i went with working out 5 days a week
each day I would do a 5x5 with 4 exercises along with implementing ramping
Each day i would do one of the following: Chest Legs Arms Shoulders Back
Here are the problems i can see so far, I need to hit my chest hard, and my arms and i just don't think 4 exercises will do that. I dont want to workout more than an hour because testosterone can only be stimulated for an hour.
will doing muscle groups just once a week be enough?
