This is dexamethasone. It is a corticosteriod. It is not an anabolic, and unless you have poison ivy, bronchitis, a serious allergic reaction, etc. Iwouldn't suggest using it. It will only promote water weight, muscle loss, and fat gain. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news bro.
