For a cutting cycle comprising of 300mgs test ew & 60mgs Var ed, i also want to add a little deca for joints. Would 200mgs ew suffice? Or would 3 or 400 be needed?

Deca at 200mg/wk is plenty to increase synoval fluid and protect the joints.

200mg should suffice for joint purposes. if you arent a really big dude or anything

for anabolic effects I always use 2mg per lb of bodyweight as a rule of thumb...only for joint health maybe half that.

100mg wk is FINE if your only concerned with joint lubrication. 300 is a good "cycle' dose. You will get water retention from that dose if your suceptible.
