What is the dosage for Deca? I'm 43, 185lbs around 10-15% bf. I'm currently in a cycle (4th week) of SuperTest 250 500mg/week. I just found some Deca and wanted to stack. Help!!!!!!!!

The general rule of thumb for deca is to keep the dosage just lower than the dosage of test you're using (it can cause a loss of libido in some people).

You could add 200mg/wk of deca to your current cycle or you could drop the test to 400mg/wk and add 300mg/wk deca.

Deca has a pretty long ester; it will take about 4-5 weeks to kick in.

Thanks.... Pretty new to this so, I may need to ask alot of "newbie" stuff.. Are you hinting that Deca is a better way to go.. I say this because you're "suggesting" to cut the test to 400 and up the Deca to 300.......

I'd keep the test at 500mg and run the deca at 300. I would also stop shooting the deca one week before you stop taking the test

It's a personal preference thing; 500mg/week of test-E is the threshhold where I start to get gyno so I stay at 400mg/week.

But everyone is different, you have to see how you react and what you prefer.
