Bear with me for a second on this one...Ive been lifting for years but have never taken it hardcore. It was always more of a past-time. My buddy and I are taking it to the next level with some deca and maybe some d-bol along with it...nothing too major. I was wondering if I should put on some weight first or how I should go about doing this. I weigh in at a wooping 160 pounds... if that... at 5'8''. I eat like a hog, sleep well and lift like a dedicated soldier though. Any thoughts?
 
Before you get involved with the sauce, make sure your diet, training and rest schedule are all in order. Make sure your ready for it. At 160lbs you should still be able to gain naturally.
