Bear with me for a second on this one...Ive been lifting for years but have never taken it hardcore. It was always more of a past-time. My buddy and I are taking it to the next level with some deca and maybe some d-bol along with it...nothing too major. I was wondering if I should put on some weight first or how I should go about doing this. I weigh in at a wooping 160 pounds... if that... at 5'8''. I eat like a hog, sleep well and lift like a dedicated soldier though. Any thoughts?
