DECA...YES or NO?

Fellas,

I have read numerous articles and posts regarding the pros and cons of DECA. I have always heard great raves on this compound, so I have always wanted to try it for myself. although, I have read lots of negative posts on this board regarding the drug and it's affects. I have been sitting on a deca/winstrol cycle for the past few months, weary of whether to take it or not. What do you guys think? I wanna know the skinny on deca once and for all. Please advise!

I am using 600mg a week along with 800mg test. I am in the 8th week and have had no ill effects such as gyno. Up about 25lbs, with very little fat. 230lbs @ 8%bf, started at 205lbs @ 6% bf. Rather than holding alot of water on it and being puffy, it has actually made me more vascular. I'm growing fond of it.

It is good drug! Imo it is very safe to use. You have decent muscle gains and strenght gains if you eat alot. I did 400mg for 8 weeks and only sides were few pimples on face and some water retention. Gains werent that good, but i was on low calorie diet.

Go for it! Deca and winny is great combo, the have synergist effecst. Deca heal the joint pain from winny and winny stops deca's converting to progesterone induced gyno.

Agreed. Deca and winny work well together. Add a shot of test with it and we are talkin'. Test will eliminate any chances of deca dick and the winny will stop progesterone problems.

Oh yeah i'm currently on cypionate 500mg week and deca600-400mg week. After week 3 my weight is up 5kg! Test/deca is great for mass!

I'd say no! The reason why is that I'm prone to gyno from it, even at 225mg/wk. EQ is always a better choice for me!

Thanks for the rapid responses guys. I need to get some test to throw in and I think I'll be set. I am currently 210 lbs 10% bf. I would like to get to around 220 with less bf. I'll keep you guys posted on the results. By the way, I have the Ttokkyo deca 300. I hear that is good stuff!

Winny can curb Progestin effects in SOME people, but, I think EQ is the better choice....due to price, results, vs. sides....

Beats Deca everytime....Hands down...If you already have it....Go ahead with the cycle....and Luck to ya Bro...

Test/Deca is a much better mass builder than Test/EQ. The only reason I can see to include EQ into a bulking cycle over Deca is increased appetite. Not trying deca because of sides you may never get is absurd. Progesterone sides don't effect everyone. I've been using 600mg of deca/week for the past 8 weeks and I'm still alive and ticking. And alot bigger than I would've been on EQ...

I have never had any problems with gyno or anything related to estrogen or progesterone...not even with compouonds like test and d-bol. I think I'm gonna take 600mg/week Deca ...50mg winny ED...and 200mg Test/week and see what happens. I kinda think I will LOVE the results.

After all I've read I think Primo is a better choice if you can afford it. Although the gains may not be as pronounced, there is not the instant HPTA shut down associated with deca, and no risk of gyno.

Deca is the bomb: really rapid results, and it helps soothe little pains and minor injuries. It was the first AS I tried and still one of the very best IMO.

I was in the same situation

I decided to go with eq. Your able to keep a little more of you gains.. at least thats what most people agree on. Eq wont affect your HPTA like deca will. NO DECA DICK!!!!!!!!!! probably being one of the most important facts. Since you have the deca i would run it... ttokoyo very good products. But from here out i would use eq. Plus you can time your clomid with eq alot easier.

1#: EQ WILL affect your HPTA. I realize that it takes longer to recover from Deca. But I've never had a problem when using clomid two weeks after my last deca injection.

2#: Not using Deca because you MAY get deca dick is bullshit. Not everyone gets it. You'll never know unless you try it out for yourself. Listening to what other peoples sides are and deciding is ridiculous. The numbers that do get deca dick are alot less than those that do. I'll bet my life on that.

I'm not an EQ basher. I like EQ. But replacing deca for EQ isn't logical in my opinion. They're not even the least bit alike. Basically using EQ in a cycle for anything other than increased hunger while using test in a cycle is like adding more test to a test cycle. If the reasoning to replace EQ for deca is to retain more gains, then why don't you consider primo or anavar a viable option?

This post wasn't an attack on you personally gmaninsane. I'm just tired of hearing people tell people to use one thing instead of another because of sides they may never experience...

That is the only really good thing about Deca.. it is pricey and it does not work bulking like Test or EQ (Anadrol/Sustanon would be a good bet) and you can find somthing else to get the job done alot cheaper without worrying about Deca-Dick.
