Deca/winny.......is My Trainning Good??

I DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS ALWAYS 4 SETS OF EACH EXCERCISE
12,10,8,6----FROM HEAVY WEIGHT TO MAX WEIGHT

SHPOULD I DO 4 SETS OF 6 MAX WEIGHT INSTEAD? LUKE
 
Thats seems like a good rep scheme to follow, that way your getting in some high reps and your low heavy reps,may want to bump your rest peroids up though if your trying to get shredded
 
Well if your trying to gain then I would throw some Test in your cycle along the Deca+Winny and most of my sets would be between 6-8 heavy reps and I also would throw in some "burnout sets "with high reps-lower weights at the end of a few sets just to make sure your working both slow and fast twitch muscle fibers and rest about 2-3min between sets,hope i could help some.
