deca, winni stack

hey, i am 6'3. 258, not fat but i got a bit of extra pounds on me, i want to do a deca and winni stack but i am not to familiar with the dosage. anyone have any suggestions that would help. my main goal is to tone up and put on some muscle. i heard that deca and winni stack a good stack but not completely sold on it so any help be appreciated thanks.
 
If you want to tone up, Dec.a is not for you. You will hold a lot of water, but make good gains if diet is spot on.

firstly though, is this your first cycle? if so, this would be a better question:

i'm hey, i am 6'3. 258, not fat but i got a bit of extra pounds on me. my history with training/gear/diet is this xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, what cycle would you guys reccomend to help me tone up.

Assuming you are expereinced in the gym, and have been dieting hard and have some stubborn fat, Omega has some supps which would help you out. I dont think gear is your answer, unfortunately.
 
Anybody that has a goal of toning up and putting on some muscle should be doing it naturally - hich is relatively easy to do. Get your diet in check and be consitent in the gym with some good. compound lifts and you'll get there. Stay off the gear until you can't make further gains naturally.

what about ephedrine?!try ephedrine, it is the best solution!
