Deca + Test?

Whats up everyone, i've been lurking the boards for a while but never really posted much.

I am about to start a 10wk cycle of Deca + test and wanted to know some tips or info that i should know. I am told that Deca destroys sex drive so its a good idea to do double the dose of test while on deca (2 shots of test per week / one shot of deca) to keep it under control.

I am 26 years old, 6'2, 173lbs. Im pretty thin, im not sure of my body fat but its low. I was in the Army so i am familiar with staying fit but ive never really committed to a workout program like i am preparing to do.

My question is: I was considering doing P90X, as ive been on it for the past 3 weeks and enjoy the workouts. I work a TON and im a full time student and i have a kid, so my free time to go to the gym is highly limited. What are the pros/cons of doing test+deca on P90X? It seems like a really good, intense, full body workout for me. I am unfamiliar with the guidelines for juicing in contrast to the types of workouts that i NEED to be doing.

My goal is to put on 10-20lbs of lean, defined muscle. It is not my goals to bulk up to a monster body builder, im mainly going for a more muscular beach body look.

Any input is appreciated and taken with full consideration. You guys are the experts, not me.

Your headed the wrong direction. I know not what you want hear. Im guessing uve never used aas before and ur gonna go ahead and combine compounds lead alone one of the most hash above all. Doulbe the test for your first run? U dont even kno how ur body will react. This is bad. No pct either above all px90? Kidding right. You dont have the time to workout

So summery... I cant work out bc i dont have time I want to take aas cause it will make me big but am not going to diet cause i dont have time for that eighter but if i just do some push ups and train for 20minx3 ah week with aas i will be a monster!

Sorry, i definitely diet well im sorry i didnt mention it. I stick to grilled pork, fish, egg whites for breakfast, protein bars for snacks throughout the day with a protein shake to back it up. Im currently on 2600cal clean diet and avoid all greasy foods and drink 80oz +/- of water per day. I take Strength Vitapacks daily, fish oil, and Wheybolic Extreme 60 for recovery.

I am looking for advice, i havent started a cycle yet which is why im here. If it wont work with standard weights (dumb bells), pullups/pushups, and p90x then just say so.

You are no where near ready for steroids dude. Learn how to have a proper diet and learn how to work out in a gym... P90x and roids shouldn't even be in the same discussion.... And do A LOT of research on a proper pct for steroids and more importantly proper PCT for deca.... deca is a very harsh steroid and will shut you down harddddd bro. You have a lot more to learn and have plenty of research to do before you end up fucking yourself up by taking steroids. Steroids aren't just something you can do part time in your limited free time... You have to dedicate a lot of time and a lot of your life to roids and proper diet and properly working out.

Smart decision man. Sorry if I came off like a dick at all in my post. Stick with eating healthy and p90x without roids. When you have the time to dedicate to roids and working out properly in a gym... Then maybe think about it if you really think you need it. But most of all do tons and tons of research on proper cycling and pct before you think about touching a needle. Good luck with your goals bro.
