Whats up everyone, i've been lurking the boards for a while but never really posted much.
I am about to start a 10wk cycle of Deca + test and wanted to know some tips or info that i should know. I am told that Deca destroys sex drive so its a good idea to do double the dose of test while on deca (2 shots of test per week / one shot of deca) to keep it under control.
I am 26 years old, 6'2, 173lbs. Im pretty thin, im not sure of my body fat but its low. I was in the Army so i am familiar with staying fit but ive never really committed to a workout program like i am preparing to do.
My question is: I was considering doing P90X, as ive been on it for the past 3 weeks and enjoy the workouts. I work a TON and im a full time student and i have a kid, so my free time to go to the gym is highly limited. What are the pros/cons of doing test+deca on P90X? It seems like a really good, intense, full body workout for me. I am unfamiliar with the guidelines for juicing in contrast to the types of workouts that i NEED to be doing.
My goal is to put on 10-20lbs of lean, defined muscle. It is not my goals to bulk up to a monster body builder, im mainly going for a more muscular beach body look.
Any input is appreciated and taken with full consideration. You guys are the experts, not me.
