im going to b doing a 10 weeker of 250 deca and 200test a week, need help on dosing for nolva for PCT? thanks

I wouldn't advise using nolvadex only but if that's going to be the case, 40 mgs ED for 6-8 weeks.

why not nolvadex? dosent it recoup test better than clomid

It's not that I don't recommend Nolvadex over Clomid, but I don't like the idea of PCT which does not include HCG.

Begin PCT one week after your last injection. PCT should consist of 1,000 IU's HCG 3x/wk (mon/wed/fri) in combination with 20 mgs Nolvadex ED for a total of 3 weeks. Then, discontinue HCG and continue with Nolvadex only for an additional 3 weeks.
