I'm planning on a 12 weeker. I have dabbled with Var before & made some nice gains on it - about 8lbs in 10 weeks.
I'm a shortass at 170cm & currently weighing in at 165lbs. I'm 35 years old & have been training for 3 years. At the start of training I was a fat slob at 190lbs, went down to 145lbs and have added 20lbs this year. I understand that some people will say it's too soon to cycle but I'm gonna do it anyway.
Now - I'm looking at my first real cycle. I am trying not to go OTT with the dosages, so I'm looking at:
250mg Test E
200mg Deca
Taken together every 5 days.
Your thoughts ?

What about a little D-bol @ the beginning to kick start it? (30-40mg a day)
