It is theoretically possible but the lack of significant absorbtion makes them useless.

Sorry, I never heard of it before. What company makes it and how many mg's per tab?
Does it even do anything orally?

Read my reply. Of course they exist. It is the same deca powder that chemists suspend in oil for injection. It is easy to take that powder and just press it into a tablet.
