Hey Guys new to this forum, Semi-new to anabolics. I'm 27, been working out on and off for a while now, just started getting back into it. The only cycle I've ever done was a Test-E cycle only a few years back. Right now I'm looking to gain some mass! I'm about 6ft and my weight always fluxuates between 149-159. I normally at the moment eat 3-4 times a day but even when I did eat extra amounts of food to gain weight I would barely gain a pound, and sometimes I even lost weight. So I've been thinking of basically eating 6 or so times a day and starting a cycle of 250/wk sust and 250/wk Deca. I'm realistic about the gains, I don't expect to get up to 200lbs anytime soon, but I do believe that the weight I'm at right now is not "healthy".


Would this be a good cycle to put some strength and pounds on? Thanks for any help or suggestions.

i wouldnt think about eating 6 times a day.. i would do it.. your not going to budge in weight if your not eating a meal every 2 hours a day.. eat eat eat.. or dont expect your weight to go anywhere.. yes the sust and deca both at 250mgs a week look good for a 2nd cycle. sust 1-12weeks deca 1-10weeks. you will put on a good 15 to 20lbs if you eat sleep and train.
 
Thank you. When I was on the test only cycle I ate all day long, healthy foods, high protein, cottage cheese and yogurt through out the day and before bed. While on that cycle, I worked out 7 days a week, sometimes 6 but mostly 7, to muscle failure. I gained 3lbs lol. I mean I'm lean as it is and I got pretty damn cut but I was looking more for mass. I did the whole heavy weights low reps thing. So I was hoping this cycle would do the job of adding mass.

Would you suggest any other gear to go with it. Besides clomid

man i would say for one 7 days a week is to much u need time to rest so the muscles rebulid form tearing so they can grow..no rest time no growth..you might have ate high protein food but you also need some healthy fats man being your skinny and lean and alot of chicken and redmeat
 
Yea I mostly ate that alot of grilled chicken and roast beef for lunch. I'm naturally a steak and potatoes guy, so that's what my diet usually consist of. I just seem to have an amazingly hard time trying to gain weight lol Forget about the money i've spent over the years on weight gainers and such. Lol it's pretty sad though cause when I think about it I probably weighed 135-140 when I was 15. I haven't put on that much weight since then. I don't look sickley or anything I just know that the frame of my body was meant to carry quite a bit more mass then it has now.
 
Sounds to me like you think your eating enough.. but not..
How much calories are you eating a day? whats your training look like off cycle compared to on?
I am positive you could have gained more than 3 pounds not even doing a cycle, if your nutrition, and training was in check. EAT EAT EAT. If you wanna be bigger you have to change your lifestyle. If you do a cycle and dont keep eating a ton and training like an animal afterwards, youll just lose it and waste all your money anyway
 
Well my training is definately not as hard core off cycle as it is on. I may be working out the same amount of days , but definately hitting muscle failure alot quicker, also I wont be putting as much weight up. Not that my weight are all that great either way lol but definately more weight when I was on test.

But as far as the eating thing your all right, I'm gonna start with a regiment to get more food in. I thought I was eating alot when I was on cycle but it could just be that I was eating alot for me, and not alot in general. It's one of those things where people always complain about losing weight and I look at them and think you think thats hard try gaining weight. LOL Just out of curiosity anyone aware of the GOMAD (gallon of milk a day) thing?

That is very light for your height,I weighed that in 8th grade!!!!
 
Yup thats the problem lol I did too. I mean looking at me I dont look super skinny i look slim. I believe I have a bigger frame thats why i dont look horrible. But then again I guess that means my body is suppose to have more weight on it. I'll try and post a pic .
 
This is me when I was training off cycle. Probably right after work out. Like i said not sickely looking but can definately afford some more weight and sorry about the picture quality.
