Stats: 5'9 185 16% BF
weeks
1-4 25mg D-Bol
1-10 300mg Deca (QV deca300)
1-8 500mg Sust (I only got 16 amps)
10-12 50mgED winny (20 Zambon amps)
Im looking to maintain around 200lbs and lean. I know my diet will need improvment to lower my BF, which i want to be around 10-12%. Any sugs? People dont like to add winny to this cycle, but i like the way my body reacts to it. Because Im a diabetic, ill be using humalog and Ultra lenta during this as well. Any cratique is very much welcome. And what PCT should I use? If im working out Mon-Fri, do i use the winny on weekends? Do I do one shot of Sust a week @ 500 or two @ 250? Karma to all worthy responces..Thanks
