Right good advice guys. Ill go do some more digging, i thought i knew a bit but obviously not. Ive been doing weight training now for 6 years with an 18 month break over 2 years ago, I go quite regularly. Every 2 days training 1 body part when i go. I weigh in at 172 lbs for 5'10" because ive been cutting up these last 2 months, I dont want to get massive. I want to get upto 200~215 lbs but have good definition. I started a course a few months ago but had to chuck it because i got the cold. But i was starting to get good gains. I have taken juice before 4 times including this course and havnt experienced any unwanted side efects like tits. But not in the amounts and length of time you guys are talking about. Ok how does 2mls of deca and 2mls of sust for 10 weeks sound and im off to sus out a post cycle.
