DID SOME RESEARCH AND FIGURED DECA AND SUST WOULD BE A GREAT FIRST CYCLE. WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK.......HOW SHOULD I CYCLE IT.....ANY OTHER THINGS I WOULD NEED TO TAKE ALONG WITH THEM? WHAT KIND OF RESULTS WILL I GET? CUTS? JUST GAINS?
Well, without you telling us anything about you like weightlifting history, height, weight, approximate bf%, diet, etc., we are all just going to be guessing. However, most of the guess will likely be in this range:
8-12 weeks
250-500mg/sust/week
300-400mg/deca/week
Those will kick in around weeks 4-5.
You might want to lift something heavy every once in a while during those 8-12 weeks.
