deca/sust/d-bol cycle finished!!!

Just finished up my 2nd cycle looked like this
weeks 1-12 sust 500mgs
weeks 1-10 deca 300mg/week
weeks 1-4 d-bol 25mg/day
weeks 13-16winny tabs 50mg/day wish i got more
stats now 5'9 185 gained 20lbs by week 12 so i was 192 or so then i started winny tabs went down to 185 water i figure, but i looks like alot more then just 7lbs on the scale..... i didnt like the way i looked at 192 smooth and puffy when i started winny it got rid of water and cut me up a bit looked much better but not as good as my previous cycle when i did 400mg ethanate for 10 weeks and 75mg of Fina e/o/d/ for 6 weeks i dont think i'll be doin d-bol again its just plain water sure i gives great strenght but cant keep non of the size from it.
i need some options on a lean mass cycle how about this
weeks 1-14 eq 400mg/week
weeks 1-14 ethanate 500mg/week
weeks 1-7 fina 75mg e/o/d/
weeks 11-17 winny tabs 50mg/day followed by clomid/nolva
what u think?????????? gain like 10lbs of lean mass and keep 90% of it possible?????
 
so you weren't running an anti-e with ur cycle? That would have really helped with the bloat.

as for your next cycle all that is not needed. It seems you are relying too much on gear to produce results. given your stats,cycle history, and goals, 10lbs of lean mass could be achieved with 500mg enan wks 1-14.
 
How were you taking the dbol? I am coming up on a similar cycle this month, and I am still not sure if I should just drop it an hour before workout, or break the tabs in half and try to maintain some kind of stable level throughout the day.
Thanks for any advice.
 
Redux - split them up through the day

half life is 4 hours, so to maintain even blood levels you have to take it every 4 hours
 
I'm getting ready to run 300 tabs of Dbol(which I have never used before) and 15 vials of Deca(Norma). This is my 4th cycle, others consisted of deca, fina, anadrol, enanthate. Any info on how i should be eating with Dbol? I know to load on the protein, but what about carbs?
