Deca + Sus250 ?

Can you run Deca and Sus250 together ?

How often should you use sus250 ? I'm only using deca right now would it hurt to throw some sus250 in with my next cycle ?
 
YES

Deca actually works VERY well at low doses 250-350 a week its all one needs on top of a Test base of 400-500 if your a novice

So if my deca is 300mg/ml then I would just be taking 1 cc a week ? because I've been using 2 cc each friday.

and if my sus250 is 250mg/ml I would take about 2 cc's of this ? Can I run them on the same day ?

is my dosage correct ?
 
Sus -- Mon and Thurs 250 a pop ( near perfect blood levels)
Deca-- on Mon ( thats fine do to long half life)
 
Take 1CC of each on Sunday and another 1CC of the Sust on Wed. You can put them in the same syringe.

Got your diet dialed it? If you want spectacular results you need to eat a lot.

Yeah I think I have a new diet revised, I hope it goes well, here is what I'm going to have in mind. . .

(Mon-Fri)
5:30 6 scrambled eggs - multi vitamin

8:00 Rice&veggies

9:00 2 hard boiled eggs

10:00 2 hard boiled eggs

12:00 Chicken tuna sandwich

2:00 pre-workout energy drink ( N.O. Explode )

6-7:00 Whey protein drink ( shortly after the gym )

8:00 Dinner (Not sure what I should have for dinner though )

How does this look, anything I should change ? My rice and veggies ?

OH! and... any suggestions for the weekends ? I tend to do w/e on the weekends - I dunno if its a bad thing or not though.

your diet is horrible, I suggest you redo your diet to 50%p/30%c/20%f or go with 40p/30c/30f

I'm curious to know what you consider a GOOD diet than ?

I'm not a body builder for a living, and I dont have any need/want to be an EXTREAM muscle bound giant who can't wipe their own ass.

I dont have ALLLLL day to prepair meals 24/7, do you ?

Why dont all of the people who flammed my post do me a favor and give me a "REAL" diet by their own terms.

If I find that your diet takes all day long! I'd like to know why you lift weights than ? Because it's obviously not to get the girls or have people admire you're great physique because you spend all day everyday eating/lifting.

So why than ? Why do you lift ?

I think anyone who understood lifting would know on the diet I posted above I would be getting lots of protien, low fat - what SHOULD I be eating than ? how should my carbs be ? high carbs ? high fat ? low protien ? heh, I'm not here to argue with you people - I've never flammed anyones post before nor would I like people doing the same thing to me.

Get over your selves, you dont know everything, PLEASE, post your diet on here than.

My goal is to gain as much muscle as possible with as little fat as possible.
