I'm curious to know what you consider a GOOD diet than ?
I'm not a body builder for a living, and I dont have any need/want to be an EXTREAM muscle bound giant who can't wipe their own ass.
I dont have ALLLLL day to prepair meals 24/7, do you ?
Why dont all of the people who flammed my post do me a favor and give me a "REAL" diet by their own terms.
If I find that your diet takes all day long! I'd like to know why you lift weights than ? Because it's obviously not to get the girls or have people admire you're great physique because you spend all day everyday eating/lifting.
So why than ? Why do you lift ?
I think anyone who understood lifting would know on the diet I posted above I would be getting lots of protien, low fat - what SHOULD I be eating than ? how should my carbs be ? high carbs ? high fat ? low protien ? heh, I'm not here to argue with you people - I've never flammed anyones post before nor would I like people doing the same thing to me.
Get over your selves, you dont know everything, PLEASE, post your diet on here than.
My goal is to gain as much muscle as possible with as little fat as possible.
