well i was in need of some guidance so please bare with me and help a brotha out....

i have used this forum before and i found it best in my view for what i needed to know and i know that some ppl on here can be brutal and some helpfull so i got my lessons before to ask stupid shit so i intend not to....i know some stuff abotu what the drugs do and how to use them....but i needed to be cleared up and guided becuz i took some time off after my last cycle...well a couple of months after due to my final year exams but now they done and i need to get some size back on and get a little cut while i am at it.....so thats my goal....

so..i am 24 and 75kgs and i am not really cut nor fat...but i want to get down to 10-15% BF but lets see...

i needed some help on how to take the gear that i have and how much of it..I have accesss to unlimited amount of deca 100 and sus 250 at this time becuz i am in a country that allows me this freedom....Damn....
so yeah....i just want to know how much i should do and how..meanin wither site injections or just in the butt....

last time around i was doin about 750mg of sus a week and about 400-500mg of deca for about 8 weeks with protien and vitamins and cell-tech( i headr that there is no point to do this on the gear) and glutamine and some amino acid capsules......BUT BUT...i didnt have the best of diet last time around i think that is why i didnt get the exact gains i wanted but it wasnt that bad also reachin 80kg from 74kg.....and i blame it all on me for not maintaining a good diet with the 3000 calories i heard that you should be having.......


So i hope that most of my q's can be answered and any corrections that i need as well as for any comments about anything to help me out.....

i would try your hardest to diet down and do some cardio until reaching around 12-15% i think its better to start there to see some results. i just like to do much as i can and let the juice be last resort.. hope that helps ya

I agree because a) you will be more prone to gyno being at higher bf%, and b) if you're diet isn't in check and you aren't at sub 15% now, you probably aren't going to become sub 15% on that diet and gear.

But it looks good once you can get the body fat down a bit

well i dont really want to spend more time on cuttin other than gettin my cycle started so i want to know how i should go about doin that.....
 
You need to get your diet dialed in. Because at this point, if you run a cycle now it'll be a waste imo.

I would spend some time cutting, because if you don't, you won't be happy with the gains you recieve. That is if you are really at 20-25%.

And gaining muscle + losing fat will not happen because they require two different ends of the spectrum. You have to eat an abundance of calories to gain muscle, but you need to be in defecit to lose fat.
 
but i dont have much time to do the cycle
so should i run a shorter cycle period or should i run it and gain and cut after
 
Run it and gain and then cut and lose it all?

Your choice, but i'll still stick with my previous recommendation.
