OK I was trying to offer my comments to the thread-starter without throwing any direct criticisms, but I see that will be difficult. Some are saying anything less than 350mg/week of winnie is a waste, and for real noticable results best go to 700mg/week. Well if that is someones experience then fine, I will not try to figure out their situation or where they went wrong. But that is some really shitty advice to offer somebody doing their first cycle.
Winny is a very effective and strong AAS, especially good at generating synergies when ran with Test and Deca. I have run this combo many times and ALWAYS experience a boost from adding even a low amount of winny. The SHBG reducing effect, and the anti-progestin effect as well, do not require large doses (do your own research). Considering his experience level (1ST CYCLE) he will get synergy (with test/deca) at as little as 10mg/day winny. OK NOW I HAVE SAID THAT TWICE FOR THOSE THAT REQUIRED A REPEAT
If you want to up that to 20mg/day that is fine, too. But do not believe anything less than 50mg/day winnie in a stack of Test/Deca/Winny is a waste, that is totally off-base advice, and just costs you more money, and greater likelyhood of possible side effects. Go ahead and run what you have, just spread it out into daily amounts and run up until PCT. Trust me, you'll be happy with the results.
