in 10 weeks I would expect you to have nice gains. In my first 4 weeks on Norma Deca I gained 13 lbs but eveyone is different and it depends on how hard you train and how much you eat

I have heard of people having great gains on Deca only for their first cycle. Beware, as your sex drive will be nill on Deca alone for a while. How much you thinking of doing?
