Deca Question

Does anyone know if Deca can improve endurance and aerobic performance too ? I heard that it increases the number of red blood cells and once it was clinically used for the same treatments of today's Erithropoietin. Is it true ?

im sure it can although the increase in water retension it gives might slow u down a bit. all steroids increase red blood cell count. some stronger than others

Is it subcutaneous water or it's the water stored inside the muscles ?
