Deca question?

this may not be what you want to hear, but if you are ONLY using it for your joints and not stacking with test for gaining muscle, Then I would stay away from it and use traditional ways of controlling joint pain. Ive had 5 surgery's on knee, shoulder, and foot so Im familar with joint pain. glucosamine/chrondroiton combo is ok, anti imflamitory's and arthritis meds work good too. get a doc to perscribe naprosin(or naproxin) for you. it works good for me

Yes, I should also add mine was for a strained rotator cuff.
 
Do you jab into the area where your in pain? Or will jabbing into your arse do? Ive got a real bad left shoulder, A strained rotator cuff also. What would you advise?

I should have stated that I'll be using test, prob 600-700mgs a week. I didn't want to overkill the deca if I was going to use it. My problem is that my knees have been experiencing some pain that has been keeping me from squating, I guess that's what happens when you've been training for almost 1 years. I'm planning on competing in July so my thought was to use the deca, if I decide to do it, for the first 10 weeks. Ulter do you think your bodyweight effect's what type of dosages you need to run?
