Deca Question

I have added deca at 200mg per week to my current cycle. My main reason for adding deca is due to the benefits it has on the joints. I have a bad left shoulder and am hoping that deca will help out. What I am wondering is how long does it take for deca to kick in and thus alleviate joint pain?

I haven't taken Deca yet, but I thought that 300mg was the minimum to gain any benefits from it.

It takes a few weeks to really kick in but 200mg a week should be ok well it depends on past cycles,size and what else you're taking? If all you are looking for is to alleviate joint pain though I think 200 is fine.
