deca prpo anty-e n pct

I was going 2 run 12 week deca 200mg week
4-6 week prop 100mg e3d
and was just wondering what anty-e pct to run because of nolva and deca dont go. so which anty-e for the prop that will not agrivate the nips wile on deca.

Why such a low dose of Deca ? Why the Prop only for 3 weeks ? Try something like this
Deca at 400mg/Week for weeks 1-10
Prop at 100mg/EOD for weeks 1-12
Clomid at 50mg/Day started 1 week after last shot of Prop and run it for 21 days.
Anastrozole (Arimidex) at .25-.50mg/Day through out the cycle until PCT is finished. You could use AIFM instead of the Anastrozole.
