Deca or Test E ?

Planning my first cycle, been advised by some on this board to go with 500mg Test E for 10 weeks, which sounded fine. After doing more research I have also been advised by some to go with 200 - 400mg of Deca or 200 - 400mg of Primo for 8 - 10 weeks.

Can some one please explain this to me?

PS sorry to be a pain in the ass but I really want to be careful being that this will be my first ever cycle.

Well 200-400mg of primo would be a waste of money. You need to run at least 600 to see any real gains. I would recommend 500 test E along wth adex and finasteride. ..less chance of sides then with deca.

Run Both Deca And Test E
Deca At 300 Mg Per Week And Test At 250 Mg A Wk.deca For 9 Weeks, Test For 11 Weeks
Depending On Ur Size, Adapt Your Dosage.

Bro...Primo is mild stuff,so you should go with 500-600mg weekly,if you choose that product...anyway...it is very quality stuff...

Don't bother with primo right now bro.

500mg of test enth for 10-12 weeks
400mg deca for 10 weeks

Save the novla for if you start experiencing gyno symptoms. You can use proviron to cut back on water retention but it is not nessesary.

I'm in pretty much the same place as you Bourget. I'm starting my first cycle soon and was debating between deca, test e, or deca + test e. Most people advised me that Test e alone is a standard first cycle, so i decided to do that. Test E will probably be more educational, since it's kind of the quintessential steroid. I think you'll learn more about how you're likely to react to other steroids and what sort of problems you're prone to if you do a test cycle. Deca's not as representative of other steroids because its side effects are mostly caused by it binding to progesterone receptors. Side effects for deca also have to be handlded differenly. I'm just a newbie like you though, so don't take any of this too heavily.
