Deca or Sustanon 4 Strength

For pure strength gains, which have you found more effective..Sustanon or Deca?

Both together, kicked off by dbol at the front, one of the best cycles ever!! I would not recommend it for your first however...

I didn't think Deca was a big strength builder... could be wrong... thats what I hear though. I like flex2win's cycle. It was my last and kicked ass!

IMO, sustanon because its a blend of four different tests for fast acting and slow acting, strength gains are just madness!

and of course, it has an equal amount of anabolic properties as well...

this is my next cycle, good to see its a successful one. What were your dosages when running them both. I would either go 500mg/sust 300mg/deca a week...or i was considering 600mg/deca and 750mg/sust...not sure yet

Nothing gives me better strength gains then Deca.

I ran 600mgs of test ew with 300mgs of deca ew. Frontloaded with 30mgs of dbol ed for 4 weeks. Ran 500iu's of HCG midcycle ed for ten days. Three weeks after my last shot I started Clomid. 300mgs day 1, 100mgs day 2 through 11, 50mgs day 12 through 28. Started at 224... peaked at 250. Leveled off at 242 after all PCT. Cutting my brains out now... down to 232.
