I have enough deca to do a 12 week cycle, but I was wondering if I should add anything to it? I am 5-9 210, with 14% bf. I have access to alot of the common gear so any help would be appreciated, but I am on a limited budget.

A deca only cycle for a first timer will produce results, but you might experience some unwanted sides with it.
I would think the best beginner's cycle with deca would include test and winny. Those would help you out with most sides the deca would cause and add to your gains and enjoyment of the cycle to boot.
If you are on a limited budget however, winny might not be an option. But test is always cheap.
Just go low dose test/deca.
If you want to use other gear besides deca, most guys here would recommend a test/eq stack of some sort.

I recommend D-bol and Sust to go along with it. But always remember to get Clomid and Nolvadex. Never start a cycle without them.

If I use 400mg of deca, how much test and what kind should I use. If I go with winny, how much and how long? Thanks

For the winny, 50mg/day would be fine if you want to add some oomph to your cycle. If you are only concerned about the progesterone sides from the deca, I think 25-30mg/day would cover that.
Deca only cycle sux, you get "deca dick" and your libido is fucked for a while after. I say at a min use test with it, try T-200 its cheap and easy to get, use it 400mg/wk and the deca at 300-400/wk make sure you use clomid after as deca shuts down you natural test hard! DO NOT START A DECA CYCLE UNLESS YOU HAVE CLOMID you nads will thank you.

the first 3 weeks and will use 50mg ed the last 4 weeks of the cycle. It would have been
smarter to do the winny for the last 6 weeks at 50mg ed. oh well live and learn!! I am starting to
see some good results now as the deca takes 3 to 4 weeks to kick in, up 15# with very little
water retention and no problems with the little soldier, thank god. LOL
